RHM Construction completely restored this stunning Auckland Villa back to its former glory.

This Mt. Eden Villa got a complete renovation. Our challenge was to keep the original character of the 1920s property, while giving it some more modern touches.

Six months later, it now has a brand new kitchen and bathroom, a big deck on either side of the property, a fresh coat of paint and to top it off we ditched the carpet for the beautiful original Kauri floorboards.
